Natalie is a solicitor specialising in business immigration law, advising both employers and private individuals on visa routes and sponsor licences, with expertise in sponsor compliance obligations.
She advises clients across a range of sectors on Skilled Worker, GBM (Global Business Mobility) / Senior Worker, and Creative Worker visa routes, and supports clients with Home Office compliance visits, including action plans and training on compliance obligations, and prevention of illegal working.
Her previous experience includes working as a Home Office Compliance Officer during the inception of the Home Office Points Based System in 2008, which enables her to provide expert level services to clients. Additionally, she attends Home Office compliance audits and conducts Home Office mock audits for employers, and assists with mock audits for schools, colleges, and universities.
