Employment Tribunal Decisions to be Published Online
HM Courts and Tribunals Service has announced plans to introduce an online database of employment tribunal decisions in autumn 2016.
The database will be available to everyone to search on the internet and will include judgments from England, Wales and Scotland. Initially it will only cover new judgements. No decision has yet been made on whether it will be extended to judgments made prior to the database going live.
