Victoria Wenn joins as Legal Director in a newly created, cross-office role spanning London, Reading and Bristol as we continue to expand our professional support offering. Based in Bristol, Victoria will focus on thought leadership, client training, professional support and knowledge-sharing with clients and across the firm, extending our value-add offer to in-house legal and HR teams, and supporting business development and client relationships.
Lottie Malin Martin joins as a Senior Associate (Barrister) also in a cross-office role. Previously at Guildhall Chambers, Lottie brings particular strength in complex Tribunal litigation and High Court restrictive covenant matters. She will split her time between supporting general client work and assisting the firm’s City office on complex financial services regulatory matters, team moves and employee competition disputes.
Sophie Hayward also joins as a Senior Associate, coming to the firm from TLT LLP, where she specialised in acting for employers on employment tribunal litigation and general advisory work. Sophie will support clients across the firm, including on employment tribunals and general advisory work, with a particular focus on the firm’s Reading and Bristol offices.
The new hires follow a period of sustained growth for the Bristol office, which opened in December 2024, driven by client demand as well launching new service lines including mediation, which has been developed by partner Anne-Marie Boyle. They follow the appointments of Alison Cameron and Siobhan Fitzgerald as partners last autumn.
