ELLINT: FX
As a founding member of ELLINT, fee-earners across the network have the opportunity to request a weeks’ secondment to select ELLINT firm’s offices (e.g. Brussels, Copenhagen, Berlin etc). Employees will get a snapshot of work and culture in a different city and have the opportunity to establish and develop relationships with other Employment law practitioners. The firm will pay for travel and accommodation for up to seven nights, including staying for the weekend, as well as contribute towards the employee’s partner/friend to join them for the weekend.
The aim of ELLINT: FX is to give fee-earners the opportunity to experience work and culture in a city abroad through meeting and working with colleagues overseas, learning about different legal systems and approaches to law, establishing and developing relationships, laying the groundwork to generate business, and possibly meeting potential clients introduced by the local firm.
