Hannah is an employment associate and advises both organisations and individuals on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Hannah advises employers and individuals on a wide variety of employment and related matters, including contractual and policy documentation, family leave, grievance and disciplinary procedures, recruitment, dismissal and negotiating settlement agreements. Hannah’s contentious experience includes defending claims of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and various types of discrimination.

She has particular experience in handling employee data subject access requests, advising organisations on approach and managing the process from receipt to response. She also advises on staff data privacy documentation, including privacy notices and data protection policies.
