Harry is an employment law partner and advises on a variety of employment matters for both employers and employees, across a wide range of business sectors, including technology, retail, and financial services.

With over 20 years’ experience, he advises on sensitive and strategic employment matters, and is particularly experienced in advising on the employment aspects of compliance with financial services regulation and complex projects, such as reorganisations, outsourcings, and mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border projects. Additionally, he advises clients on all employment law related matters across the employment life cycle, from recruitment to exit and employment disputes.

In addition to his client work, Harry speaks at client training events for HR teams and in-house lawyers, has spoken at industry events, and has contributed to various publications.

Qualified as a solicitor in 2000
Member, and former director, of the Employment Lawyers Association and represented the South West region on its national management committee
Listed as an ‘Associate to watch’ by Chambers and Partners
