Jack is a solicitor who advises clients on various aspects of employment law, concerning both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Jack advises both employers and employees on a wide range of matters, including dismissals, grievance and disciplinaries, redundancies, discrimination and sickness absence management. He also advises and negotiates on settlement agreements.

Whilst the majority of Jack’s litigation experience is carried out in the Employment Tribunal, he has also been involved in matters brought before the Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court and the Court of Appeal. He also has extensive experience advising on worker status group action litigation and has a particular interest in this field of employment law.
