  • Kocur v Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd & Royal Mail Plc [2022] EWCA Civ 189 - Court of Appeal challenge to the interpretation of Reg 13 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2013 and the scope of an agency worker's right to be notified of job vacancies at the client
  • Shittu v South London and Maudsley NHS Trust [2022] EAT 18 - Employment Appeal Tribunal challenge to a Tribunal's findings on level of compensation awarded to a successful claimant
