Rosanna is an employment associate who advises on a variety of contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters for both organisations and individuals.

Rosanna joined Doyle Clayton in 2024 from a national law firm who acted for high-profile public sector organisations.

She has significant experience in conducting litigation within the employment tribunal, in particular relating to discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Rosanna also has experience in drafting contractual documents and providing advice relating to dismissals, disciplinary and grievance processes, reorganisations and redundancies.

In her spare time, Rosanna volunteers for the Rights of Women charity, which provides free employment legal advice to women in England and Wales experiencing sexual harassment at work.

Recent work includes:

  • Advising on enforcement of restrictive covenants and assisting in the defence of high court claims relating to alleged breach of restrictive covenants and misuse of confidential information.
  • Assisting in successful defence of an application for interim relief brought within the employment tribunal.
  • Successfully defending claims within the employment tribunal in relation to claims of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, unfair dismissal, race discrimination, disability discrimination and victimisation.
  • Acting for individual clients with claims of sexual harassment and sex discrimination and achieving settlement.
  • Undertaking ACAS conciliation and without prejudice negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve settlement.
  • Drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and staff handbooks for employers.
  • Advising on complex disciplinary, performance, grievance and flexible working processes for both individual and employer clients.
