Since launching last December, the team, based in Berkeley Square, has quickly built a strong regional presence, guiding national and international clients on the full range of employment law issues – from hiring and retention to exits and disputes.

Alongside the team’s success in growing its client base, Doyle Clayton has further invested in Bristol with two senior hires to support the firm’s rapid growth. Alison Cameron and Siobhan Fitzgerald joined as partners in September and October respectively.

Looking at 2026, the Bristol team is set to double its growth. Building on the firm’s entrepreneurial heritage, partnerships and collaborations will be a key focus, as Doyle Clayton looks to develop new service offerings including client trainings and bespoke HR support packages.

Anne-Marie Boyle, Partner and Co-Head in Doyle Clayton’s Bristol office said,

“This first year has been about establishing a strong foundation in the region, while operating at a national level. Our priority has been to deliver exceptional client work, grow the team and really become part of the community that we’re working in. We’re very excited about consolidating this as we move into 2026 with new partnerships, new clients and new team members.”
