Adam is a Partner advising businesses and senior executives nationwide on all aspects of employment law.
With more than a decade of experience, he works closely with HR teams, in‑house counsel and senior leaders across a wide range of organisations, including FTSE 100 companies, privately owned businesses and overseas firms with operations in the UK. Adam provides clear, commercially focused advice on complex workplace issues, helping clients navigate risk with confidence and make well‑informed decisions that support their strategic objectives.
His practice has a particular focus on litigation. He has extensive experience in defending Employment Tribunal claims and litigating workplace disputes in the civil courts. Having dealt for many years on numerous cases of substantial financial value and/or reputational significance he is quick to understand the key drivers to a dispute. This often leads to swift resolution, but should full litigation become necessary he is robust in defending his clients’ interests.
On the non-contentious side, he is adept at guiding employers through hiring and terminations, redundancy and TUPE processes, contractual changes and sensitive internal investigations. His approach is pragmatic, solution‑oriented and grounded in a deep understanding of the pressures organisations face.
Adam is recognised as ‘Up and Coming’ in the 2026 Chambers and Partners guide for Employment in the Thames Valley and is ranked as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 for Employment in the Thames Valley and South East. These rankings reflect his strong technical expertise, commercial insight and the trusted support he provides to clients navigating high‑stakes employment challenges.
