Aisling has experience advising on employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. She also drafts and reviews employment contracts and workplace policies and handbooks, and advises on and negotiates settlement agreements. Her approach is pragmatic and solutions‑focused, supporting clients through often sensitive and high‑pressure situations.
Aisling trained at an international law firm in Dublin and is dual qualified in Ireland and England and Wales, giving her a strong grounding in employment law across both jurisdictions.
