Al is an Associate specialising in employment law and business immigration.
He advises both organisations and individuals on a wide range of employment and immigration issues, providing clear, practical guidance that reflects their objectives and the commercial or personal pressures they face.
Al works closely with employers and individuals, supporting them on workplace disputes and compliance matters, as well as immigration applications and sponsor licence issues.Â
Al has experience in both contentious and non‑contentious employment law. His employment work experience includes advising on, and in relation to, discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims. He regularly undertakes ACAS early conciliation and without‑prejudice negotiations, helping clients resolve disputes pragmatically and efficiently. He also has experience providing general employee relations advice to employers, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and staff handbooks.
Alongside his employment practice, Al advises on a broad range of business and personal immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications and compliance, right to work issues, work visa applications, dependant applications and applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
