With over two decades’ experience, Alison works with organisations in financial services, logistics and outsourcing, retail, real estate, manufacturing and construction. She supports HR teams, operational leaders and in‑house counsel through reorganisations, restructures, industrial relations issues, TUPE transfers and sensitive workplace disputes. She listens carefully to clients’ objectives and provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice that aligns with broader strategic considerations. 

Alison is highly experienced in defending Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination, equal pay and constructive dismissal, and regularly negotiates settlements that reflect clients’ commercial and operational priorities. Her background includes senior employment law roles in national and major UK law practices, where she developed significant expertise in advising on high‑stakes workplace issues and delivering tailored training to support People teams in implementing employment law effectively. She also leads on complex matters involving trade union relations, such as industrial action, negotiations on recognition agreements and navigating the statutory framework under TULRCA. 

Alison’s recent experience includes leading major reorganisations for publicly listed companies, advising on complex multi‑strand discrimination and equal pay claims in the financial services sector, and managing sensitive grievance matters involving disability discrimination.
