She works closely with clients across a wide range of sectors, including defence, tech, sports and entertainment, finance and renewable energy, as well as high net worth individuals, senior executives and internationally mobile families on time-critical and strategically important immigration matters.
She has extensive experience advising multinational companies on sponsor licence management, right‑to‑work compliance, visa strategy and complex applications, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, International Sportsperson, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and Nationality matters. Her approach is proactive and solutions‑focused, ensuring clients understand their options and can make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
Across her career she has managed more than 500 business and personal immigration cases, including high‑volume Global Business Mobility projects, audit‑readiness reviews, mock audits, record‑keeping assessments and training for key personnel.
Before joining Doyle Clayton, Anjola worked at a specialist sports immigration firm, where she oversaw sponsor licence management and immigration applications for six of the twelve Rugby Super League clubs, supporting them each season with fast‑moving and high‑pressure immigration requirements.
Dual‑qualified in the UK and Nigeria, she has delivered training to HR, onboarding and recruitment teams, and has presented to parliamentarians at the House of Lords on practical immigration challenges and policy solutions.
