Anna’s background includes in‑house experience at a UKVI‑licensed student sponsor, giving her unique insight into sponsor compliance and the operational pressures faced by universities, schools and colleges. She supports clients with measured, strategic advice that balances technical detail with empathy and practicality.
Anna’s expertise covers family, human rights and personal immigration applications, Student and Child Student routes and Skilled Worker visas, and the full range of sponsorship duties for education providers and employers. She advises on sponsor licence applications and UKVI compliance visits. Anna also conducts UKVI mock audits, drawing on her first‑hand experience of successfully navigating UKVI sponsor compliance audits whilst working in-house. Anna regularly delivers sector‑specific training for bodies such as the UK Council for International Student Affairs and co-chairs ILPA’s annual Student Sponsors Conference.
