Anne‑Marie is a Partner and Co‑Head of our Bristol office advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment law matters.
With over 30 years’ experience, she has supported organisations of all sizes, from fast‑growth start‑ups to global multinationals, working closely with HR professionals and senior leaders including CEOs, CFOs and managing directors. Clients value her accessible, commercial and pragmatic approach, and she is recognised for helping organisations manage workplace risk with clarity and confidence.
Her work covers complex Employment Tribunal litigation, particularly discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as grievances, investigations, disciplinary and capability processes, redundancy programmes and senior exit negotiations. Anne‑Marie is also highly experienced in TUPE matters and is a recognised specialist in menopause‑related workplace issues, having contributed to national media and provided input to the Government consultation via the Employment Lawyers Association. She frequently delivers bespoke training for HR teams, managers, boards and employee forums.
Appointed as a part‑time Employment Tribunal Judge in 2021, she has since sat on a range of employment cases. She is also a trained and accredited mediator, conducting both workplace and employment mediations, bringing balanced, practical insight to resolving disputes.
Anne‑Marie is ranked Band 3 for Employment (South West) in the Chambers UK Guide 2026 for her expertise in whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment and senior‑level departures, including restrictive covenant issues.
