Beth is an employment associate, advising both organisations and individuals on the full range of employment law issues.
She works with employers across a broad range of sectors, as well as senior employees and individuals, tailoring her advice to their objectives and the commercial and personal realities they face.
Beth has experience in both contentious and non‑contentious employment law. She advises on disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, performance and sickness absence issues, and senior employee exits. Beth also drafts and reviews employment documentation, including employment contracts, director’s service agreements, consultancy agreements and staff handbooks.
On the contentious side, Beth has acted for both employers and employees in employment tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination. She regularly advises individuals on settlement agreements, helping them assess whether the terms offered are fair in the circumstances, and reviews restrictive covenants to identify any onerous or unusual provisions before contracts are signed.
