Bianca is an employment solicitor advising both employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment law matters.

Bianca regularly assists clients with Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and equal pay. She also supports clients with day‑to‑day HR and employee relations issues, such as disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and performance management.

Alongside her contentious practice, Bianca drafts, reviews and advises on employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements. Her advice is practical and commercially focused, tailored to clients’ objectives and risk appetite.

With an international background, Bianca has experience supporting clients on employment matters involving multiple jurisdictions. This enables her to work effectively with multinational employers and diverse workforces, delivering clear and pragmatic advice in complex scenarios.

Bianca undertook her training contract at Magrath Sheldrick LLP, training exclusively in employment law and gaining hands‑on experience across both advisory and litigation work, including matters with international and cross‑border elements.
