Brendan is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, advising businesses and their owners on corporate transactions and commercial matters across a variety of sectors.
Brendan provides clear, commercially focused guidance to support business growth, investment and day-to-day operations for clients ranging from start-ups and SMEs to established organisations on both transactional and advisory matters. He works across a range of sectors including advertising, film and television, music production, food and beverage, financial services, and recruitment.
His experience includes advising on share and asset sales and purchases, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and share buybacks. He also advises on employee share schemes, including EMIs, and drafts and negotiates shareholder and investment agreements, as well as a wide range of commercial contracts.
Brendan is qualified in England and Wales, as well as South Africa and Lesotho. Drawing on his experience across multiple jurisdictions, he takes a pragmatic and commercially minded approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver clear, practical advice aligned with their business goals.
