With over 15 years’ experience in the legal sector, gained both overseas and in the UK, Briar has first‑hand understanding of the UK immigration system, having begun her legal career in Australia before navigating the UK visa process herself. She provides clear, practical guidance to organisations and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters, with a focus on Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility (GBM) routes.

Briar advises employers on securing sponsor licences and supports them with day‑to‑day licence management as a Level 1 and Level 2 SMS User. She assists with a broad range of corporate immigration applications, including Skilled Worker, GBM, Dependant, Student and Graduate switch applications, Change of Employment processes, and document preparation (such as UK Ecctis statements and translations). She regularly conducts Home Office compliance mock audits and provides ad‑hoc immigration advice to help sponsors remain compliant.

She also supports private clients with applications including Youth Mobility Scheme visas, Visitor visas, Permanent Residence, Naturalisation, Leave to Remain (including partner routes), Indefinite Leave to Remain and emergency passport or visa replacements.
