Chris is a Partner advising employers and senior executives across the UK on the full spectrum of employment law.

With over 15 years’ experience, he provides clear, commercially focused advice to multinational organisations, particularly in the manufacturing, technology, pharma, professional services and media sectors. His guidance is strategic, practical and centred on helping clients navigate risk while managing their people effectively.

He has extensive experience handling Employment Tribunal litigation, primarily acting for employers, and regularly supports organisations through complex restructures, redundancy programmes and consultation processes. Chris also advises clients who recognise trade unions, offering informed, pragmatic counsel on negotiations, industrial relations and the challenges posed by changing work models, including IR35 and contractor engagement.

In addition to his advisory and disputes practice, Chris delivers training to HR teams and senior managers to strengthen internal capability and support long‑term workforce planning.

Chris is known for building strong, trusted relationships with clients and providing solutions that balance legal risk with business reality.
