Hannah is an Associate in our employment team, advising employers and individuals across the full range of contentious and non‑contentious employment law issues.

With close to a decade’s experience, Hannah supports clients on matters spanning the employment lifecycle, from contractual and policy documentation through to managing workplace processes and disputes. She advises on issues including family leave, recruitment, grievance and disciplinary procedures, dismissals and the negotiation of settlement agreements, providing clear and practical guidance at each stage.

Hannah has experience defending a range of employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and discrimination matters. She also has particular expertise in handling employee data subject access requests, advising organisations on strategy and managing the process from receipt to response. In addition, she advises employers on staff data privacy documentation, including privacy notices and data protection policies, ensuring compliance while taking a proportionate, risk‑based approach.
