Harry is an employment law partner and advises employers and senior executives on sensitive and strategic employment issues.
With over 25 years’ experience, he advises clients across a wide range of business sectors including technology, retail and financial services. Harry supports organisations facing sensitive and strategic employment issues, working closely with HR teams, in‑house counsel and senior leaders to help them navigate risk with clarity and confidence. His approach is pragmatic and commercially focused, shaped by many years of guiding clients through complex workplace challenges.
He is particularly experienced in the employment aspects of financial services regulation and large‑scale or technically challenging projects, including reorganisations, outsourcings and mergers and acquisitions. Harry also advises on all employment law issues across the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment through to exits and employment disputes. Alongside his client work, he regularly delivers training for HR teams.
Harry is a long‑standing member and former director of the Employment Lawyers Association, representing the South West on its national management committee. He is ranked as “Up and Coming” for Employment (South West) in the Chambers UK Guide 2026, recognised for his expertise in restructures, M&A and outsourcing, his work with cross‑border clients and his ability to handle complex matters with diligence and precision.
