Helena’s background includes working for a Top 50 law firm and most recently working in-house at a large, inner London borough, and she is therefore well versed in the additional regulatory framework and pressures for dealing with employment matters in the public sector.

She advises on all aspects of employment law, including strategic HR support on disciplinaries, grievances and re-organisations, managing multi-respondent tribunal litigation and advising on executive exits and clients value her calm, pragmatic and empathetic approach.
