Jack works with organisations and individuals across a broad range of employment matters, including dismissals, grievance and disciplinary processes, redundancies, discrimination and sickness absence management. He also advises on and negotiates settlement agreements for both employees and employers, and has acted for senior individuals looking to negotiate exit packages.Â
Jack has experience acting in employment litigation, primarily in the Employment Tribunal, and has also been involved in matters before the County Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has extensive experience advising on worker status group action litigation and has a particular interest in this developing area of employment law, and the wider challenges it faces.Â
Jack played a pivotal role in the first successful discrimination claim based on protected beliefs within the supply of goods and services sector. He has also secured a strike‑out on behalf of a major corporation in relation to historic discrimination allegations, demonstrating his ability to deliver clear, strategic results in complex cases.
