Kate is a Partner and the Head of the Thames Valley office.
With over a decade of specialist experience in employment law and litigation, she advises employers and senior individuals across a broad range of sectors on both contentious and non‑contentious workplace issues. Her work spans litigation, day‑to‑day HR advisory support, complex investigations, and high‑value disputes, offering clients clear, commercially focused guidance when the stakes are high.
She is widely recognised for her ability to navigate sensitive and reputationally significant matters, including sexual harassment, discrimination and high‑profile internal investigations. Kate also has substantial experience in negotiating high‑value exits for senior executives. Her approach is analytical, pragmatic and grounded in an understanding of the commercial pressures faced by modern organisations and the individual pressures on senior executives.
Kate is ranked Band 4 in the 2026 Chambers and Partners guide for Employment in the Thames Valley, recognition of her strong technical expertise, attention to detail and trusted support for clients navigating complex employment risk.
