Katy works with employers and individuals, assisting on employment disputes and tribunal matters, as well as day‑to‑day advisory work. She has a strong grounding in litigation and court processes, having previously worked at Reading County Court, where she gained hands‑on experience of court applications, orders and hearings.

She also advises clients on data protection issues, specifically assisting them in responding to data subject access requests.

Alongside her employment law work, Katy has experience supporting clients in sensitive and people‑focused matters. She has worked with the Schools Consent Project charity, delivering presentations to secondary school students on their legal rights, and has also worked in the education sector, tutoring children throughout her studies. This background supports her empathetic and approachable style when working with clients.
