Lily D’Arcy Masters

As part of the firm’s Employment team in Reading, Lily assists with a range of advisory work and employment tribunal matters, contributing to cases that help shape fair and inclusive workplaces.

Lily joined Doyle Clayton as a Paralegal in September 2025 after completing a week of work experience with the firm earlier that summer. During her placement, she developed a clear interest in employment law and knew she wanted to build her career in this area.

She is particularly passionate about discrimination law and is keen to deepen her expertise, supporting both colleagues and clients on matters involving Equality Act issues. Lily brings an organised, thoughtful, and client‑focused approach to her work, ensuring matters progress efficiently and with care.
