Louise is the firm’s Professional Support Lawyer, supporting our employment team with expert technical guidance and legal insight.
With over 30 years’ experience as an employment lawyer and more than two decades working as a professional support lawyer, she plays a central role in keeping the team fully up to date on developments in employment law. Louise has worked in major City and national law‑firm environments and brings extensive experience in training, legal research, knowledge development and practical application of new legislation. She ensures the team responds quickly and accurately to the evolving employment landscape and helps colleagues translate legal changes into clear, commercially relevant advice for clients.
Louise’s expertise includes delivering regular internal training, producing detailed updates, newsletters and bulletins, and providing accessible analysis of complex statutory and case‑law developments. She has deep knowledge of all aspects of employment law, regularly supporting the team on issues such as discrimination, reorganisations, employee relations, contractual matters and emerging regulatory changes. Known for her clarity, responsiveness and ‘can‑do’ approach, she is highly valued across the firm for her ability to distil technical issues into practical guidance that supports both colleagues and clients.
