With over 30 years’ experience, Malcolm has dedicated much of his career to supporting individuals, including school children, who have suffered injury through the actions of others. He brings extensive experience from his time as a partner and training principal at a leading regional law firm, where he also served on its Board of Management. During his years in legal practice, Malcolm appeared on television and radio, speaking on behalf of those who had been harmed and sharing clear, practical insight on their legal rights. He has also delivered training to lawyers nationwide, helping them develop the skills needed to advocate effectively for their clients.
Malcolm focuses on applying his leadership, management and digital marketing expertise to enhance the firm’s client experience. His work centres on ensuring that from the moment visitors arrive on the firm’s website, they receive clear information, easy access to support, and a seamless journey into the services they need.
