Naomi’s expertise covers whistleblowing and discrimination claims, as well as high‑stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. She has deep specialist experience in employee competition matters, including the misuse of confidential information, team moves and the enforcement of non‑competition clauses in the High Court. Naomi originally built her practice at Doyle Clayton before spending two years in a senior leadership role at a global professional services firm, where she expanded her work on international projects, complex investigations and large‑scale organisational change. She rejoined Doyle Clayton as a Partner in 2025, bringing enhanced global insight and experience.
