Rebecca is a Paralegal in our Employment team.
She supports lawyers across the practice with a focus on employment disputes and has developed strong experience in discrimination matters.
Rebecca joined Doyle Clayton in May 2018 as a Legal Secretary and has now spent more than seven years working in employment law. During this time, she has built a solid understanding of legal procedures, case management and the end‑to‑end litigation process. She regularly assists with preparing and submitting tribunal and court documents, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are supported throughout their case.
Practical, organised and approachable, Rebecca works closely with fee earners to progress matters efficiently and is a reliable point of contact for clients navigating complex or sensitive issues. She is particularly interested in discrimination claims and brings a thoughtful, detail‑driven approach to her work.
