Rosanna is an employment Senior Associate, advising organisations and individuals on a wide range of UK employment law matters.
She works with employers across the public and private sectors, as well as senior employees, providing clear and practical advice that is tailored to their objectives and the realities they face.
Rosanna has considerable experience in both contentious and non‑contentious employment law. She regularly conducts employment tribunal litigation, with particular expertise in discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Her non‑contentious work includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, and advising on dismissals, disciplinary and grievance processes, reorganisations and redundancies.
Rosanna joined Doyle Clayton in 2024 from a national law firm where she acted for high‑profile public sector organisations. Alongside her practice, she has volunteered with the Rights of Women charity, providing free employment law advice to women in England and Wales who are experiencing sexual harassment at work, reflecting her commitment to supporting individuals through challenging workplace issues.
