With over 17 years’ experience, he supports organisations across sectors including defence, clean energy, digital and tech, and the creative industries. Stephen works closely with HR teams and senior leaders to manage global mobility programmes, recruit international talent and navigate complex Home Office processes. Dual‑qualified in the UK and Ireland, he combines strong technical knowledge with clear, practical advice that helps clients make confident, well‑informed decisions. 

Stephen’s areas of expertise include assisting clients in obtaining Sponsor Licences, advising on TUPE and restructuring matters, and providing robust Home Office compliance support, ensuring employers are prepared for compliance visits. He advises on Short‑Term Business Visas, guiding clients where business travel or international commuting may be more appropriate than work visas, and supports individuals on Settlement and Citizenship applications, including naturalisation and British passports. 

He has significant experience with Sports visas, such as Permitted Paid Engagement and sports visitor routes, and assists with Governing Body Endorsements. His practice also includes advising on Tier 5 internship visas for paid and unpaid placements and supporting EU nationals and their families with European applications, including residence documentation, settled status and pre‑settled status.
