Victoria is an education law solicitor with a primary focus on further and higher education.
She advises students, parents and education institutions on complex and often high‑stakes education law matters, providing clear, strategic advice and robust representation where issues escalate.

Alongside her higher education practice, Victoria advises parents on a wide range of school‑related issues, including discrimination, bullying, safeguarding, gender questioning, special educational needs and exclusions. She was a member of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator’s Good Practice Framework Steering Group for the sexual misconduct and harassment consultation.
