Victoria focuses on client engagement and know-how initiatives that help our clients and lawyers to stay ahead of developments and emerging trends in employment law.

With over 17 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, she has worked in private practice in both the West End and the City, and as in-house employment counsel for a global media organisation. She has advised HR professionals and senior executives on a wide range of employment law issues across various sectors, including financial services, retail, and the media & entertainment industry.

Victoria’s role is primarily focused on client engagement activities, helping organisations to stay ahead of developments in employment law. She monitors legal and workplace trends and provides practical, commercially focused insights on what they mean for employers. She delivers this through client training, updates, and thought leadership pieces, enabling clients to understand and respond effectively to legal developments and emerging HR issues.

Victoria is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and the PSL Employment Network (PEN).
